Your personal data is processed by Muammer Furkan Kocacerit as data controller, within the scope set out below. The activity carried out through this site consists of web design, development, and automation services offered under the name Furkan Digital.

Personal data processed

Only the data you send is processed. There is no automated profiling, and no data is bought from or collected through third parties.

• Contact form: name, email address, and message content.
• If you write via WhatsApp: your phone number and message content. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies in addition.
• If you use live chat: chat content and technical data collected by the chat provider.
• Technical records: server logs kept by the hosting provider (IP address, browser information, access time).
• The language preference stored in your browser, used only to open the site in the right language.

Purposes of processing

• Responding to your enquiry and communicating with you.
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions and preparing quotes.
• Delivering the service and meeting obligations where an engagement begins.
• Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.
• Meeting legal obligations arising from applicable legislation.

Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the following grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law:

• Art. 5/2-c — Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract.
• Art. 5/2-ç — Necessary for the data controller to meet a legal obligation.
• Art. 5/2-f — Legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• For non-essential cookies: your explicit consent.

Transfers, including abroad

Your personal data is transferred to the service providers below so the service can be delivered. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye; where that is the case, the transfer is carried out in line with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the Law.

• Resend — delivering contact form messages by email.
• tawk.to — live chat; only if you consent to cookies.
• Hosting provider — publishing the site and keeping server logs.

Beyond this, your personal data is not shared with any third party other than legally authorised public authorities, and is never transferred or sold for marketing purposes.

Retention period

• Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: 1 year from the last correspondence.
• Where an engagement begins: for the limitation and retention periods set out in applicable legislation following the end of the relationship; 10 years for commercial documents and records.
• Language preference cookie: 1 year.

Once the period ends, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• Request information if it has been processed.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
• Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law.
• Request that correction, deletion, and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to.
• Object to a result reached against you through analysis carried out solely by automated systems.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage because the data was processed unlawfully.

Making a request

You can send requests about your rights to info@furkandigital.com. Your request must clearly state its subject and include information that allows your identity to be verified.

Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you retain the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
